In addition to having a fully adapted area to be able to communicate through, it can also put you in touch with the corresponding Evergreen Eléctrica department.

How can I get access?

To be able to enter, on our website www.evergreen-electrica.com, in the upper right corner you will find a button called Customer Area

If you already have a password, enter your DNI/CIF/NIE number and the password. Once inside you will be able to access your personal customer area.

What happen if I don’t have a password assigned to me? Log in for the first time

If this is your first time logging in, follow the steps below:

1) Click the Login button for the first time

2) A page will load, in which you must put your CIF/NIF/NIE, and click on the Generate Key button.

3) You will receive an email with a temporary access code

**Please, it is important that you check your spam or junk mail, you may receive the email there for the first time**

4) When entering the client area with the temporary password, for security, you will be asked to create a new personal and memorable password for yourself.

I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, recovering it is very simple.

1)You must click on Forgot your password?

2) Next, you must enter your access user and you will receive an email with a new temporary password.

**Please, it is important that you check your spam or junk mail, you may receive the email there for the first time**

3) Now you simply have to re-enter the Customer Area with the password that you received by mail. For security you will be asked to change the temporary password to a personal one that you remember.

You can now access the customer area in a calm way, in addition to enjoying all the advantages such as seeing all your invoices faster and as many times as you want, unpaid bills, your contract, your personal data and creating incidents in case you need it.
