When do I receive my referral discount?

In order to receive the financial compensation for referrals, it is essential that the transition of the referred person has been successfully completed. Once this process is completed, our system will automatically issue the credit on the next invoice. Can I add a referral after they have signed up?

Unfortunately, in order to be able to grant this reward, it is essential to complete the form when the person you wish to refer is not yet a customer. If the person you are referring registers without mentioning your contract number, we will not have the necessary information to recognise them as your friend, and consequently, we will not be able to apply the credit to either of you.

It is essential to note that even if you get to know Evergreen through another platform or medium, you must register through this page using your customer number in order to access the discount mentioned above.
