No. Your physical electricity connection remains exactly the same. The only thing that changes is the company that handles the billing.
It depends on the type of tariff. Our index-linked tariffs do not have a minimum contract term. However, in the case of fixed-price tariffs, we do apply a minimum contract term of one year to guarantee that price for the entire period.
Our calculator provides a very accurate estimate, as it is based on your actual consumption data and the current regulated tariffs.

Yes. Our calculator works out the cost based on a fixed rate and a market-linked rate. It then tells you which of the two options would be more suitable based on the bill you’ve provided.
