On July 3, 2024 the Spanish Government has a
..pproved a new provision of the Official State Gazette (BOE) 13420 of the BOE No. 160 of 2024.
Provision 13420 of BOE No. 160 of 2024, Order HAC/672/2024, approves model 159 of the “Annual informative declaration of electricity consumption”. This form must be submitted electronically by the electric energy commercialization companies. The declaration must include detailed information on each supply contract, such as the name and NIF of the contracting party, cadastral reference, contracted power, annual consumption, location of the supply and date of registration. In addition, information is included on whether the holder is a beneficiary of the social bonus or is under some form of self-consumption.
In particular, Article 38 of the aforementioned regulation establishes the obligation for the cadastral reference of the real estate to be included in the electricity contracts.
Therefore, in compliance with this provision, Evergreen Eléctrica has sent its customers an email requesting the Cadastral Reference of their supply.
How to obtain the Catastral Reference?
There are 3 simple ways to find the Catastral Reference number:
- In the deeds of the property (usually where the address data are)
- On the Catastre website
- In the Document or receipt of payment of IBI (In the upper left corner)
